Brad Dean completed his bachelor of science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois. He is also the Duke Executive Leader of the Duke Executive Leadership Program Institute of Organization Management (IOM) Certificate. He was also the Chamber of Commerce Certified Chamber Executive (CCE) American Chamber of Commerce Executives.

Brad Dean worked in Myrtle Beach for several years and helped revitalize the city's tourism industry. Brad Dean has also worked in several other niches, including leading the privatization of tourism marketing in Puerto Rico. His work helped the industry reach record results within the first two years.
